Marshall Joos is majoring in Organ Performance at Rice University and studying under Ken Cowan. In June 2023 he won the Southwest Region Competition for Young Organists in Tulsa, OK. A catered meal will preceed the concert at 6:00PM in Wesley Hall.

Bradley Reznicek, and the staff of Broadway Baptist Church, welcome student organists from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Texas Christian University, and Southwest Adventist University for an afternoon of diverse and exciting music on the Rildia Bee O’Bryan Cliburn Casavant Organ.

This year's Emmet Smith Endowed Concert at TCU features one of America’s leading concert organists, David Higgs. Higgs is Chair of the Organ Department at the Eastman School of Music and performs extensively throughout the United States and abroad.

Peter Edwin Krasinski is a conductor, organist, and music educator who consistently delivers imaginative performances that elevate and inform diverse audiences. He is a specialist in accompanying silent films. The featured film will be Phantom of the Opera and popcorn will be served!

This ecumenical downtown churches Hymn Festival will feature Dr. Karen Kenaston-French, Professor and Director of Choral Activities at the University of Texas Arlington, as well as choirs and musicians from First Presbyterian Church, University Christian Church, St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, and First United Methodist Church. A reception will follow the Hymn Festival.

Dr. Jens Korndörfer is the incoming Associate Professor of Organ at Baylor University. He is praised as “a virtuoso in the grand Romantic tradition” who creates “performances that are deeply musically satisfying as well as exciting” (The American Organist).
